Meagan Johnson

Meagan JohnsonMeagan Johnson has studied the best practices of some of the top companies in America who effectively employ younger workers.  A Gen X-er herself, Meagan has delivered hundreds of seminars on communicating effectively, conflict resolution, and managing stress.  This professional training and speaking experience has given her an insiders perspective to deliver real-world solutions.

Meagan Johnson grew up in a house full of books. The daughter of a professional speaker and author, she incubated in a world of ideas and strategies on success and happiness. But, like most teenage geniuses,  she set out to do things her own way.

“They say you have to walk before you run.  Well I had to fall down the stairs and get a bloody nose,” says Meagan. “I was like the battery-powered toy that had run into the wall, working hard but getting nowhere.”

A sales career with three Fortune 500 companies gave Meagan a fresh perspective. Facing business challenges and personal pitfalls gave her opportunities to learn that success doesn't always have to be so hard. Meagan's theoretical past and real life experience came together. She discovered that a “different way of thinking would lead to a better way of living.”

Now a veteran of hundreds of presentations, Meagan is an author, speaker, and creator of multiple audio and video programs on living and working more effectively. Her trademark shoot-from-the-hip style is described by many as bright, funny, and delightfully obnoxious. She is much in demand for meetings and conferences world wide.

Meagan speaks on:

  • Managing Generation X & Y - How to manage, motivate, and get the attention of younger workers
  • Managing Multiple Generations:  Create an optimistic workplace by helping team members enhance their effectiveness in working together and how individual styles effect the outcomes of the team
  • Stress Management - how to manage stress in today's crazy, changing world

Meagan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.  She is an active member of the Arizona Speakers Association, as well as chapter Vice President.  Meagan was elected ASA’s Member of the Year, she is involved in their mentor/mentee program and founded and directs a holiday fund drive for the underprivileged. Meagan is a member of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development), a member of MPI (Meeting Planners International), and has been a board member of the National Association of Sales Professionals, Arizona Chapter.  She is a certified instructor of the Insight Inventory® Personality Assessment System.
