We’re always interested in adding professional presenters to our database. However, to ensure that we offer our clients the best possible service, we meticulously screen all potential speakers.

Please look around to get a feel for the Convention Connection culture and style. We work with literally hundreds of speakers, presenters and entertainers. And, our clients organize small and large functions, corporate retreats, seminars, special events, conferences, trade shows and more.

If we’re a good fit — or if you feel you’d fill a unique niche that is otherwise unserved — we look forward to hearing from you.

In order to effectively screen potential speakers, we ask that you submit:

A detailed, professional press kit or one-sheet, which includes your biography, program descriptions, topics, testimonials and a photo.
A demonstration or promotional video, recorded within the past 18 months.
Your most current fee schedule.
References from recent clients.
Any other collateral — such as books, articles, audio materials, etc. — you feel would represent your abilities.

As you can imagine, this process is intense — and thus time consuming. Therefore, in order for us to continue to offer the highest quality of service to potential speakers, we do charge a one-time, non-refundable fee of $750.

With this one-time fee, you will get:

A complete review of your materials from our marketing staff
A 30-minute phone consultation with the Vice President of Convention Connection, Kiela Hine, where she will review the feedback and offer her own suggestions and ideas.

Please note that payment of this review fee does not make any implication of representation by Convention Connection; rather, it ensures that your material will be given a detailed evaluation by our experienced team.

Due the high volume of submissions that we receive on a daily basis, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for feedback.
